1. Call the school and we will send you a brochure and confirm the time of the next Open House. We also will answer many of your questions on the phone.
2. Come to an Open House. Children are welcome, refreshments are served.
3. Schedule a visit so that you can observe classes.
4. Turn in this Application with a $250 application fee. You can print this page.
We occasionally have openings mid-year. Please don’t hesitate to call if you want more information.

Schedule of Fees:
Application Fee (one-time fee, non-refundable) $250
Tuition $7,885 per year
Tuition (with parent co-op teaching position) $4,385 per year
After-School Care $6 per hour
Registration is a contract for the school year. In case of withdrawal for any reason before the end of the school year, you must notify the school in writing one month in advance. Tuition is payable through the month following the month of notification, however the down payments are non-refundable. Attendance for part of a month is counted as a full month.
Tuition is normally paid in installments:
1. A down payment of $885 is due at time of registration. This will hold your child’s place in the school. This payment is non-refundable.
2. Ten checks for $700 each, post-dated for the first of each month (August 1 - May 1).
The check dated August 1st is also due at time of registration, and is non-refundable.
3. The remaining nine checks are due on or before the first day of school, September 3rd.
You may pay the entire tuition balance of $6,300 in full, on or before September 3rd.
After-school care is available from 2:30 - 4:00 pm. We have a flexible program. No advance reservations are necessary, and you pay only for the time you use. Payment is made in advance through the purchase of voucher cards. Each card represents 20 hours of care and can be used at any time during the year. The cost of after-school care is $6 per hour. After 4:00 pm the cost of after-school care is $36 per hour calculated and billed in 5 minute increments.
Santa Cruz Children's School reserves the right to dismiss a student at any time after conferences with the parents and upon notification by the School's Director.
